One of the biggest hurdles in managing to save money is to change your attitude towards money.
When you finally come to this realization it is so much easier to deal with all the issues involved with creating a "budget".
The results of how you think about money can have a huge impact on your life. This will show up in many different forms. If you are stressed from the lack of money and bills piling up..this may lead to a lack of sleep, which could manifest into feeling unwell, blood pressure problems, anger within the family unit, even depression and/or panic attacks.
Once you choose to do something about your budget, you may find that you will begin to sleep a bit better as you are now about to take back control of your life.
